As a specialist partitioning contractor Moving Designs objectives is to consider our impact on the environment when supplying and installing acoustic partitions. We are committed to complying with all environmental legislation; this includes office and on-site activities.

We fully recognise the importance of recycling and reusing products wherever possible plus the importance of reducing our overall consumption of all products.

To achieve this we must work within some essential parameters:

  • To minimise the impact of waste disposal. To achieve a more thorough understanding of current disposal techniques and to identify opportunities for improvement. To minimise environmental impact by the segregation of wastes wherever possible.
  • To improve on supplier environmental issues by reviewing the current procurement process and incorporating environmental considerations into the selection process.
  • To maintain the source of noise on site. To prevent nuisance and to minimise complaints.
  • Restrict the use of company vehicles for unnecessary journeys. Where possible, use diesel or low capacity vehicles.
  • Restrict the use of timber other than that endorsed by the FSC and to ensure that timber use. We strive to improve the positive aspects of our operations upon the environment and work towards the reduction and elimination of the negative aspects wherever possible. We are committed to the prevention of pollution and will assess all new proposed processes to identify potential impacts upon the environment prior to implementation.

All Moving Designs manufacturing processes are guided by the Moving Designs Quality Policy. In a nutshell this policy promises that, when they leave our factory, your folding walls and doors will be free of manufacturing defects and accompanied by a quality checklist that has been personally authorised by a factory team leader. Moreover, all Moving Designs products come with a built-in, one-year manufacturing warranty. When you or your clients purchase an annual service package from us, we’ll extend that warranty for up to five years.
